The FFinc 50 is a lens into the future of leadership, innovation and impact.
Curated by FFinc and selected by an esteemed panel of 24 judges, these are the bold thinkers, quiet disruptors, light bringers and fire starters who are setting new standards – not just for gender equity, but for what great business looks like today.
Whether you’re building teams or forging partnerships, this is a powerful place to start.
"We need to celebrate the good in the world. Those that bring the light and lead with purpose."
Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka
Former Deputy President of South Africa under Mandela, Executive Director of UN Women
How we found the 50
1. Sparked by purpose
Inspired by a message from Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, we set out to spotlight the good in the world. Because when so much feels out of our control, we can still choose to celebrate progress and amplify those driving it.
2. Nominated by experts
We called on 24 brilliant judges from our global circle to nominate the best of the best across 7 categories – and they delivered, with over 500 standout nominations.
3. Chosen by community
Through a rigorous voting process led by our judges and FFinc members, the final 50 emerged. The result? A powerful list of people and businesses shaping the future.
