I wanted to say thank you and share some exciting news—I’ve resigned to set up my own business! It’s been a long time coming; the old boys club and outdated, bullying behavior were really wearing me down. The FFinc launch day gave me the final push. Being surrounded by such inspiring and successful women made me realize it was time to move on. It gave me the confidence I needed, and I resigned the following week.
